African religious Voodoo (Vodoun) devotees sing and pray by pouring libation to their ancestors and Mawu (God) at a ceremony at the Thron voodoo temple, Ouidah, Benin. In the Republic of Benin in West Africa ancestral and ancient voodoo practice is their national religion. Most Christians and Muslims combines their religion with voodoo worship. There is a national holiday for voodoo religion in Benin which brings all voodoo practitioners from the world to celebrate at Ouidah, the birthplace of voodoo in the world
